Sylvia Castaldo is a western suburbs REALTOR® with Signature Homes team at Compass, serving homeowners and buyers in the Tri-Cities of Geneva, Batavia and St. Charles, as well as nearby northwest and near-west suburbs including Itasca, Lombard and Oak Brook.

With over $3M in closed sales volume, Sylvia is known for her organized, calm and highly communicative approach. She guides clients step-by-step through the buying and selling process, helping them feel informed, supported and confident from the first conversation through closing.

Before transitioning into real estate, Sylvia worked as a legal assistant for over a decade and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia. That background gives her a strong foundation in contracts, organization and detail-oriented client service—skills she brings to every transaction.

Sylvia also brings professional experience in marketing and digital content, having built and managed a lifestyle and fashion blog for more than six years and partnered with national brands. Today, she also curates a home and interior design social media platform, giving her a strong eye for presentation, layout and buyer appeal. She applies this background to help homeowners thoughtfully prepare, soft-stage, price and market their homes so they stand out in a competitive market.
